10's pretty hefty for a first time user, but shouldn't be too bad
effects differ, and onset differs, based on tons of factors: diet, tolerance, etc you're gonna have a great time though personally, they make me sleepy, so i used them when i can't sleep. works wonders. --- Disclaimer: There's a good chance the above post could be sarcasm.
