It's a creepy ass atmospheric horror "shared world RPG" (*cough MMO cough*), totally free to play with missions ranging from traditional shootin' shit to solving puzzles involving IBSN codes on books to sneaking around security cameras and patrolling guards.

And their Samhain events are historically to die for - in the past there's been the Cat God storyline where you investigate a wave of strange dreams that have consumed the townsfolk, and giant aggressive monstrous cats. Plus "The Broadcast", where you investigate supernatural radiosignals from beyond the veil (featuring real-life classic radio horror shows).

I'm thinking of playing through it again but it's definitely a lot more fun with a group.
