27 y/o Tilli Buchanan from Utah was arrested for LEWDNESS after she exposed her BREASTS to her 3 stepchildren in her own home!!

She was in her home with her husband Jared and his 3 children when she removed her top and said they were both installing insulation in their garage in West Valley City and that they stripped down to their undies to rinse itchy materials off their bodies when his kids suddenly walked in.The boys aged 13 and 9 and 10 y/o girl appeared "embarrassed"...

She told them not to be embarrassed and that there was no difference between her being topless and their father but police say she was DRUNK and stripped off to prove a point to kids and said she would only put her top back on if her husband exposed his PENIS!!

The family was already being looked at by CPS for another unknown matter when this topless incident popped up

Now Tilli and her lawyer are fighting 3 counts of lewdness involving a child and say that is constitutionally unfair,arguing sexism on the grounds that her husband would not have faced because he's a man

She said it happened in 2016 but 5-0 says it happened between 2017 and 2018 and how exactly they found out is murky

The children were the focus of another investigation and as part of it,the mother told authorities about it after hearing it from them and said she was "alarmed" by what she heard and insists she did nothing wrong

She said she was trying to teach them about sexism and said "I was devastated. Because the moment i took to teach the kids, it was kind of smashed. Like you can't teach kids this. In fact, you're going to be charged for even bringing it up"

She's never been an activist on this but thought it was cool and said "It'snot like at the forefront of my brain. I'm not going to sign up for the Free The Nipple cause.

Now Tilli feels paranoid being around the children and never wants to dress inappropriately and her argument is if it's not inappropriate for a man to be topless then it shouldnt be for a woman either.

The state now seeks to condemn her as a CHILD SEX OFFENDER and is being singled out for the prosecution as her case hearing is in November
