Im very much against this mentality where people are so goddamn worried about what all the pros are playing. Everyone acts like theyre in the top 1% of players, and talk about the game from that angle only

I disagree with the bolded part tbh, I think the vast majority doesn't care at all about min/maxing, optimisation or whatever the top 1% is doing. It's just that the vocal minority is quite loud.

Yeah. Aside from cooking, I'm fairly terrible at nist things. Video games included. But I still love them, and I don't care what the best player/gear/items are. I like to have fun my way.
