Things are getting spooky, I am on 5-2 and about to jump into some garbage to escape. The island feels like a return to the village's creepiness while the castle (while fun) felt a bit campy

The castle/village is the best part. My favorite part of the island is the lab where you find out how the las plagas was created and the experiments. Those were pretty creepy and awesome. Plus you know, those creepy you-know-whats that you'll encounter soon.

Man I replayed this game last year to death and yet I still have a desire to replay it what with this topic.

Ok the part where Ashley is driving me while I fight off chasing zombies who jump in the bed of the truck and Kamikaze vehicles trying to take me out is pretty damn awesome

Just killed that monster that follows you on that suspended platform in eventually battles you, now I'm at the merchant when he is chilling in the Mineshaft. Right now I am outside looking off into the distance at the misty trees

Just finished up an exciting gun battle with helicopter backup, it's amazing how good of a job this game does varying different scenarios in a shooter like this genre

Unfortunately when I hit a typewriter to save and quit

It got me pretty good since there wasn't really any of that throughout the whole game not to mention it coincided with hearing those regenerators.

And I hated the regens and the noises they made, they freaked me out

It's just a fun little mechanic. There's a lot of emphasis on the knife in Krauser's scenes. The game reflects that by having the knife deal massive damage to him.

I forgot how extra Leon gets when climbing ledges in just this one part.
