62 y/o Frank Nucera Jr, the old fart from New Jersey is accused of a HATE CRIME after he declared "Donald Trump is the last hope for white people" shortly after BASHING a handcuffed black teen's head in a DOOR FRAME!

He admits that he used the n word multiple times during the beating but says it WASN'T ILLEGAL to say those things!!

The police chief is one of the few officers in US History to stand trial for a federal hate crime after his violent arrest of then 18 y/o Timothy Stroye in 2016

Sgt. Nathan Roohr told jurors he saw the chief slam Stroye's head into the doorjamb when the teen was arrested for failing to pay at a Ramada Hotel

Later on that same day, Nucera said "Donald Trump is the last hope for white people cause Hillary will give it to all the minorities to get a vote..That's the turth, i'm telling you!"

The statement was part of 81 secret recordings made by Roohr for the FBI after he complained about the violence

As part of his agreement with the FBI to get a confession, Roohr would claim that Stroye'sfamily were considering making a complaint over Nucera's conduct

In another recording, the chief says "i'm so tired of them. I'll tell you what,it's gonna get to the point where i could shoot one of these motherf***** and that n-word b**** lady, she almost got it"

Timothy was with his gf and aunt, uncle and 3 cousins when they rented a hotel roomwhere Stroye was accused of renting but refusing to pay a $65 fee for a separate room

They were swimming in a hotel pool when a staff member called police as Nucera maced him as he sufers from chronic asthma before wrestled to the ground

Nucera then shoved his head on a glass door before taking him into his squad car

Stroye was charged with resisting arrest,assault on an officer and theft but charges were laterdropped

Roohr, who is still on the force began recording Stroye after he compared black people to ISIS and said they had NO VALUE while using the n-word

He said "They should line them all up and mow'em down. I'd like to be on the firing squad. I could do it. I used to think about it if i could shoot someoneor not, i could do it, i'm tired of it"

His lawyer admits his client said some "socially unacceptable and inappropriate comments of racial nature" but said it WASN'T a crime for an officer to use those terms and that it WASN'T against policy to be RACIST as well.

He faces up to 20 years in the big house if convicted and his 8832 monthly pension is frozen and could lose it completely if found guilty

As to whether they should be? If we want a better class of law officer we have to demand better training, screening and pay.
