As long as he has a potential indictment in New York state no. I believe the only way he would leave early is if he has assurances that that gets squashed and there's no investigations of him.

As others have mentioned I am fully expecting him to pull a Palpatine and claim everyone is committing treason. With a little "I AM THE LAW!" from Judge Dredd. Well, except for you know, the actual athletic talent. I think he would be more like a fat kid running at you doing windmills with his arms until he trips and falls over then starts flopping around on the ground like a fish out of water. The gif of him golfing and missing to then throw a bitch fit is pretty accurate.
