So, they can start an impeachment but at best it could be just to submarine the rest of his term in hopes to nerf his ability to do anything more. Though this kinda happens naturally to the last year of most presidents so it feels like it's not even worth it. In the end, it just makes sure Congress wastes more time rather than doing something constructive but apparently that's what their base prefers since Hatred of Trump is their own political goal at the moment. Lol with the way every president since Woodrow Wilson just bypasses the Constitution and law to do whatever the fuck they want, and to start mad wars without congressional approval. Whether that after is a year from now or 5, I imagine they will have to start shifting at some point.
