There's a guy at my work who goes into one of the stalls and just pisses all over the seat and floor every day. I did some detective work and figured out who it was 2 years ago (distinctive footwear, lol), reported it to management, and the dude is still here pissing all over the place.

Some guy clogs the same toilet everyday at my work. Even the janitor knows about it and has left one of that extended trash picker upper things so the person can pick their shit out of the toilet to make it flush again.
