The US Military has apologized for a now deleted tweet that threatened to attack "millenial" raiders of Area 51 with a STEALTH BOMBER!!

The Defense Visual Information Distribution Service jokingly taunted the UFO fans that gathered at the Area 51 military base in Nevada to storm the base that turned out to be a big flop as only less than 100 arrived at the base who believe they are housing alien life forms....

The tweet joked about violence against alien fanatics arriving to the base's gates fell foul with the crowd forcing them to apologize

The Storm Area 51 event, They Can't Stop All Of Us started as a joke on FB where 2 million people said they'd storm the base but turned out ot be a dud with just 1500 arriving in the state but only 75 arriving at the base and only 150 more over the weekend wearing alien outfits

Police were so underwhelmed with the highly anticipated event that they were seen texting and looking bored as alien hunters mingled around as some even posed with pictures with them

Twitter also mocked the event and called it a big disappointment as nobody actually stormed the base as a similar meme started called "Expectation vs Reality" started

Only 5 people were arrested overall and the event ended mostly peacefully

Housing is extremely unlikely. In possession of something alien is probably unlikely, but if they do have something it definitely is no longer located at Area 51 due to the high publicity of the area for the last several decades.

Right, I'd think that things like the alien craft that landed in Roswell in 1947 has been moved to an area that's much less publicized. I'd also think that any aliens that made it here those 72 years ago are unlikely to be alive. Their bodies wouldn't be used to the atmosphere here to subsist longer than average humans.

I would expect that the feds studied the hell out of what they found, however, and are keeping things secret, hence why they act all panicky and come out with fake news to protect the truth. Surprised there hasn't been a leak though.

That post looked like it was in good fun, but I get why the military shouldn't publicly joke around about that

Also I can't imagine a possible scenario where aliens are so advanced as to reach earth, but get captured and can't send anything to get them back
