It's weird because I saw that I kept getting the same limited range of IP addresses so I kind of naively thought I was getting a dedicated one. Runescape was working just fine, too. But then I went onto one website once and it recognized that I was using a VPN :\ Didn't know GameFAQs would hit me like that either.
