I didn't think much of it for a while, I didn't really change my eating habits, but about a month later I woke up and decided "fuck it, I'm gonna lose this". I stepped on the scale and weighed in at 237lb. I don't know where those 13lb went, maybe I was subconsciously watching what I was eating that month without realizing it. I am now 205lb and people are starting to take notice and commenting about my weight loss and asking questions.
