Balding Ralph Taylor, a white man whose results from a DNA test showed that he is 4% Black is fighting to get it legally RECOGNIZED as a black man and wants the same BENEFITS as black people get!!

Not only does he think he deserves to be legally recognized as Black on his sense of "identity"but he also thinks that his Washington State business, Orion Insurance should get all the benefits of being registered as minority owned entity

He didn't stop there as he told HuffPost that he believes in "affirmative action", a set of laws that support minority groups that have been discriminated against and shouldn't be focused on race and instead should take a look at socioeconomics because in his words, "we are all multiracial"

He even feels sorry for RACHEL DOLEZAL, the race faker and former National Association for Advancement of Coloured People leader who was discovered to be white in 2015

It all started with a conversation at a Seattle Bar where he overheard a man talking about how easy it was to submit an application to certify his business as a Minority Business Enterprise and was awarded it in 2014

But when he tried to apply for a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise certificate, he was denied and the Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprises said he was rejected because he didn't meet the criteria of belonging to a minority group

He has since sued and wanted to "expose" the flaws of affirmative action programs

Ralph's argument is as follows: He's a member of the NAACP, subscribes to Ebony Magazine and has great interest in black and social causes and therefore should be IDENTIFY as legally black

In actuality, none of the above makes you Black but that didn't matter to him because he updated his birth certificate as multiracial status of being Black, Native American and Caucasian and also marks himself as HISPANIC

He says "I cross them all. Hispanic is to embrace the Hispanic culture. They're self-identifying statements"

He now claims he gets death threats and in order to prove the "naysayers" wrong, he took a lie detector test and said it was never about the money and hasn't benefited from MBE status

He later said he feels for Rachel Dolezal and also shared his view on racism and Barack Obama and asid "If you realy on the group to tell you who you are, then that's sad"

Critics such as Taryn Finley says he's playing a game and isn't trying to expose any flaw and said "Being able to tip toe back and forth across a line between now i'm Black, now i'm white, now i'm multiracial, that's not identity. You're playing a game. It's a very nefarious way of using your privilege and i don't think you're genuinely trying to expose a flaw"

Finley also took a DNA test that showed she was 10% European but said she has lived as a black woman and her experience cannot be passed as white

The 9th Circuit court ruled unanimously against Taylor

He isn't throwing th towel though as he plans to live out in his CAR if it means seeing his lawsuit thorugh the end but the US Supreme Court refused to hear his case and has run out of appeals in the 9th circuit court

He is gonna apply again and said "Should i have the certificate amended ot state that i am black without any other ethnicity?. I can also have it certificate amended to state female if that will help"

Social media also suggests he is a REPUBLICAN and has plans of running for a seat to change affirmative action laws.

It literally stated what he was going for in the article.

I do wish we did things more like France where it bases stuff on where you grew up/income level rather than looking at race, which makes far more sense to me.

Not to mention that one of them is actually locked up. They keep bringing up OJ, but then there's Casey Anthony, Brock Turner, and then there's that topic on here where that white lady believed her appearance kept her out of trouble. Those people can't use a celebrity arguement.
