GiftedACIII 09/20/19 10:20:40 AM #6:	Resident Evil creatures are generally stronger. Silent Hill's power doesn't come from the monsters but the town itself being supernatural and shit. Superlinkbro 09/20/19 10:28:23 AM #7:	Silent Hill is definitely more scary in general. It's more from the location and environments rather than the monsters themselves, though those are still unnerving.
