The political landscape is changing nowadays and people on the left and right do sometimes share issues with each other..

For example, mainstream liberals are willing to agree with Conservatives when it comes to allowing free speech and not siding with antifa. or conservatives willing to legalize gay marriage while both can agree on increased background checks and closing loopholes for guns..

One of the issues i can side with conservatives on is that people can change..as long as they addressed it and apologized for it and aren't the same person anymore and proved it by doing things that show it. It's only a problem if someone shamed another person for doing the same thing they did but didn't apologize for it in the past.

That's how reformed white supremacists or people who served prison are given another chance at society so i can forgive someone if they said or did nasty things in the past as long as they aren't the same person anymore

I'm pretty liberal, but I do side more often than not with conservatives on gun rights and immigration issues. Also the outrage culture of some liberals I guess would be another.

I believe in abortion and capital punishment. I believe guns and prostitution/lesser drugs should be legal.

I am liberal and I oppose cancel culture and I think internet lynch mobs tend to be anti-forgivement/anti-rehabilitation and often sink to the same level of people they try to condemn.
