Anything new always takes a while to get around to being looked at hard by the government. Hence original 4 Lokos, initial brands of fake weed (which were really strong), and of course the classic example of LSD. All which used to be 100% legal.

It's been regulated for awhile. FDA locked down all the ingredients that juice companies were using. So they can't change their recipe for some reason. I think it's a million dollar fee to make a new one. Pretty lazy way to go about it.

Anyways they are going after it because it's easy scare points. They should be banning cartridges from china. Basically blackmarket thc vape sellers killed some people because of the cartridges being contaminated. So now they are going after the flavors extra hard to look good.

Yeah we've been regulated for a long while now... Our owners paid out the ass to have every single one of our flavors submitted and approved by the FDA... People seem to think we are just a lawless area, when in fact we are regulated strictly already.

I needed to quit vaping anyways so Im not too butthurt but if youre going to ban it then you need to ban everything or else this just seems like a f****** joke

Because both Trump and the mainstream media finally found some common ground: they were bored and needed a soft target for a good ol' moral panic.
