I like agave syrup because the flavor is pretty neutral like sugar, but it's much easier to mix into cold drinks like iced tea or coffee. It's also sweeter than sugar so you don't need as much, and it's got a low glycemic index so it won't spike your blood sugar quite as badly as sugar.

Cane sugar. Sometimes I like to use brown sugar in my tea though.

Sugar although I wouldn't mind trying Splenda more often. Sacharin I think causes cancer.
