Possibly because boomers are more highly educated, hopeful after finally reaching a real person at the end of a long phone tree and multiple holds, and then frustrated when the technician can't deal with any problem that is off their simple script (that only repeats the troubleshooting section of the manual that they've already done before calling tech support). Grrr!

This is probably the same arguments that have gone on forever with each generation. We just have social media now where we can virtually bitch and high five each other, blame the previous and talk about how they will improve things.

When Boomers complain about "everyone gets a trophy"mentality of the millenials I want to point out they were the ones buying the trophies.

It's never been any particular generation at fault, it's all of us.

You guys voted in Reagan not once, but twice. Also, the overwhelming number of boomers voted in Trump who's been doing his best to make the rich richer.

So, I think the Boomers have a lot to do with this.
