Is that cups of dry rice or cooked? Either way that's a lot of rice (and ridiculous in the case of dry).

How the fuck do you eat that much rice 1) I'm Asian and its a staple food 2) I work in blue collar so by the time I get home, the other half of the rice bowl is already dinner (probably 4 cups alone). Like I said, I cook like 8-9 cups of rice (uncooked) everyday and have been for 30+ years. Probably explains why I feel weak and whatnot. Past week I stopped eating rice to see if it would make a difference and it did. I have some energy and motivation now.
