You know that episode of the Simpsons where Mr Burns pays Homer a fortune to become a boob and rountinely humiliate himself in public for Burns' amusement?
It's sort of like that. Except this billionaire loathes children and instead of wanting you to humiliate yourself he wants you to ruin their birthday parties. Burst their balloons, tell them their parents are gonna die, push the cake on the floor. Whatever you gotta do to ruin the day and make them cry without physically harming the kids.
