There were also a few incidents where cops (roughly 25 years old iirc) went into highschools, befriended the weird kids and got the kids to sell them drugs, then convicted the kids of doing that.

But it was stuff like. Undercover cop tries to make friends with everyone, most normal people just think it's odd and say no. But the weird, social outcast kids say yes. The undercover cop keeps asking for them to get drugs and to sell it to them. The weird kids keep saying no, this goes on for months. Then a situation arises here and there, and the weird kid gets drugs (only after being pressured so hard by the undercover cop) and just offers to give it to the undercover cop for free. The undercover cop, knowing that won't be accepted in court, tries hard to convince the weird kids to sell it to him. So the weird kids end up selling the drugs. Then the next day, news comes out about "massive drug bust" in the high school.

There was another one that happened around the same time where a female undercover cop dated a high schooler in an effort to get him to sell her drugs. Similar story as above. After months and months of saying no, he finally caved in under pressure from her, got the drugs, TRIED to give it to her for free. But she insisted to pay, then he was sent to jail.

Those cops and whoever put them up to this were fucking assholes.

How the fuck is that not entrapment?

Yeah, there's a movie like that. It's called 17 Again. And there's Billy Madison. And there's 21 Jump Street. And there's Grease where every high schooler looks like they're 30.

17 again is when a 40 year old man wakes up as a 17 year old boy again so technically that's a bit different!

Depends on the state but if the cops didn't make them start sell drugs then that's not entrapment.

My mom actually has great taste in movies. She introduced me to The Matrix, The Hunt for Red October and Westerns as a whole, and we both watched Army of Darkness for the first time together, and both loved it lol.

if the victim has a mental disability and the cop pressured them to get drugs over and over and over..... threatening a vulnerable person that they won't be their friend anymore.... that seems like entrapment to me. or taking advantaged of a disabled person

Sex and the Single Mom is the only Lifetime movie worth a damn. MILF doesn't let her daughter have a boyfriend or anything, meanwhile the mom goes to a conference for work and bangs the shit out of this dude and ends up knocked up at 40.

I recall likening the movie Jawbreakers when it aired. A good film for convincing youths not to do dumbass pranks like kidnapping a friend, stuffing their mouth with a jawbreaker, driving them out to who knows where only to realize shes chocked to death by then.
