Dramatic comparison. I get that you have a history with cops being shitty, and I'm sorry for that, but if you don't WANT to move forward for the better, and would rather crusade against them all like some kind of comic book supervillain, nothing will ever get better. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy. If all you look for is bad, bad's all you're gonna find.

Ive successfully navigated most experiences with police since then, without being abused too bad, and even been helped by them a few times (in terms of rides home when passed out drunk on the street, and last time I was arrested they even nicely left the bottle of booze and the cigarettes I had on me on my back porch).

But I can still talk shit about them on the internet, especially when they murder innocent people. I dont know why youre ao against that tbh.

Revolution is the desired alternative but where I live, a big city, the alternative is a street gang or gangs that serve as the competing power structure that is NOT founded on the idea, however unfaithful it may actually be in practice, of serving the people

The government is the lesser evil and all a revolution will do is create a different set of marginalized people

This. Literally any type of society will have some form of (law) enforcement, which makes saying "fuck the police" about as senseless as saying "fuck public transport".

From what I've heard/read, police training in the US takes about 3 or 4 months average, varying per state, which to me sounds awfully short for a profession that carries so much responsibility and grants you the legal power to take someone's freedom, confiscate property, injure or kill someone under certain circumstances, and will most certainly place you in circumstances where such decisions need to be made.

Perhaps incidents like these would be less likely if police training would be longer, making police officers more disciplined and making it more likely to filter out the trigger-happy hot-heads.
