Do you think this rotten fiend should face an adult court? Again, there's no point in having a major/minor system if you repeatedly make exceptions. More importantly, the youth is emotionally and mentally disturbed so he belongs more in a psychiatric ward than a prison. --- Gamefaqs cannot handle my #BrokenBrilliance ... Copied to Clipboard!

I'm sorry, you catch a kid setting animals on fire, you lock that fucker up in a psych ward. This was both predictable and preventable. Disgusting.

They arent, they fuck and steal and murder. We need to fuck off with this idea of "they didnt know better", this kind of shit is only said by people 30+ who dont remember what it was like to be a teen. Little bastard should get the death penalty. But what is the punishment for a a crime as sever as murder for a teenager? Trying to rtead up on it and the worst it looks like happens is they are held until 18? jeez. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

If someone can be rehabilitated, they should be. If they can't be (and in this case, it seems extremely unlikely), then they should be in a psych ward for life so they can't hurt anyone else, not a prison system.

Kemper killed his grandparents at 15 and was institutionalized as a minor, he was released and killed 8 more people. He then realized he was too dangerous to be left out and turned himself in.
If the signs for extreme ASPD are this clear there is no point in worrying about age, just put them in a mental institution and leave them there. It's not something you can recover from or be trained out of when it's this bad. People with this type of ASPD can function in society if they're either self monitoring or get something like ABA or CBT before they kill, but once they do it's over. ... Copied to Clipboard!
