Is this just normal?? I haven't gone to the doctor's in like 5 years but i needed some eczema cream and decided i should get set up with a physician. I assumed I had pretty good health insurance through my mom but insurance only took off $20 lol

my bf goes to the doctor's all the time and doesn't have to pay anything, he's on medicaid for free. hows this work

You aren't poor and don't get free medical care
It sucks here too. I went from "lolz I don't pay" to "yo at least $50 per visit"

Basically. One of my friends recently found out that she's going to have to go back to the doctor basically every two weeks at about $300 a pop. American "healthcare" is absolute trash.

Because your insurance only pays $20, and because medicaid probably only pays $12.

Wtf. That's some bullshit coverage. In my case, I'd only have to pay a $20 co-pay. Not have that be my coverage. That sounds awful
