gloBal enemy 09/06/19 2:45:50 AM #6:	Its fine but driver needs to be a bit more careful in ensuring a safe gap (including no one else trying to merge in from the other side) rather than hoping raw acceleration will get them out of trouble. But in all honesty the lane closest to the on-ramp merge is usually a slower lane anyway. Going less, tapping your breaks while you look for an opening, you are asking to be rear ended, and are creating a hazard to oncoming cars.
