And that's what's frustrating. I can tell this is meant to be one of the easiest boss fights, so why is this turd killing me so easily? I'm on like fight 10 with him, I hadn't taken more than 3 times with any of the previous bosses.

Her minions are the dangerous part. Clear enough of them to allow you generous spike damage on the boss.

the first time I fought her, she was the most difficult fight, for me, during that playthrough.

I killed her my first try when I played. Pretty sure they patched her after release tho. When I first played you could easily avoid the magic shower just by strafing slowly left but now you actually have to run and get the right angle.

yea, I played Bloodborne for the first time in 2017, iirc.
