When do you people wash pillow cases and as for pillows do you keep or throw out pillows that get worn out and all out of shape?

I wash pillow cases once every 2 weeks each month and as for pillows i keep them for a few months a year and then i start buying new pillows.

As a matter of fact, I was looking at one of my pillows and its all thin and worn out and mashed up. I should buy one new pillow for this month.

I like my pillows nice and fluffy and thick. Not thin and worn out and ratty
