That's what this Tool album sounds like to me. It's fine, but I don't know what people were expecting. No. The TOOL of the past made damn good music that anyone could hear and appreciate at face value. This album is just OK and the real TOOL fans are coming out of the woodwork with excuses. The issue is Maynard can't yell or scream anymore like he used to so it sounds like he's phoning it in on the vocals.
