The headline is misleading given the content: Newsweek is assuming dissent from executives based on comments made 6 months to a year ago, not on any current objections (if there are any). In addition, the first hyperlink in the article (which is apparently how Newsweek cites sources nowadays) redirects to the EPA website, where it is clear that these are proposed amendments, a detail conveniently left out of the newspiece. The EPA rule change will be open to comment by the public and interested parties for 60 days before it's finalized. Typically they will ignore people and do what they want.
