One of my old bosses always joked about wanting to ask a really dumb question and seeing what the interviewee says. Something like ok now we want you to take a dump on the table. Please be sure to know that the last person answered perfectly. and then just waiting for the one desperate person who REALLY needs that job.

Ask him or her what the dumbest end user he or she ever had was.
Any answer other than him or her expressing end users are not dumb means to get the person gone.

So that was an interesting experience... Man... I remember being on the other side of that table so many times...

But... Do people commonly list certifications on their resumes that are expired? That's the only weird part to me.
