Barbell powerlifting 3 x week

Front squatting 3 days a week
Heavy overhead press 1 x week

Ive read these two exercises hit the abs through stabilization.

Worth adding accessories?

The goal is to have visible abs without flexing. Im 510 155 pounds and about 9-10% bf.

Im not a doctor, trainer, nutritionist, or any type of health professional, but my understanding has always been that reducing bodyfat% is the only way to ensure visible abs.

I haven't bothered doing additional ab work for a long time, all my compound exercises hit my abs plenty.

Your body fat percentage might need to drop a couple more points, although it's extremely difficult to just have chiselled abs all the time. Most of the guys in muscle mags or competitions are dropping all their water weight as well to get that super defined look.

The only reason I'd do dedicated ab work is if you really want a six pack

I disagree with the "you can't be chiseled all the time" -- I was for a little while. I was obsessed with getting a six pack, and programmed weighted decline situps on deadlift day (I only did RDL because they're more abs), and then got extremely lean. Even if I ate a giant meal and got bloated I still had abs

but having been there, I'd say there's not really a point. No one's looking at how chiseled your abs are, they look at overall shape, so I'd just stick with compounds
