I am doing bench press, shoulder press, bicep curl, seated rows, leg kickbacks, calf raises, tricep pulldowns, and squats

How do I know how many reps and sets to do and when to add more weight?

When I first started out I stuck to compound lifts and stayed with a simple 5x5 method and worked on progressive overload till I was strong.

bench
squat
deads

4 days a week until I was proficient enough to start a conjugate method 3 years later and insert max effort and dynamic days for powerlifting comps.
