One, because non-seafood meats are ridiculously bad for the environment.
Two, because those meats are also generally not great for you if you can get your protein elsewhere.
And three, because meat is goddamn motherfuckin EXPENSIVE.

anyways ya

love me some salmon

Yeah, there's no need to eat red meats. You're not really missing anything. Out of all the diets I've gone through, the most recent being vegan to vegetarian to pescatarian, pescatarian has been the best in all regards.

I feel great and seafood is not just healthier overall, but has the best tasting animals imo.

Some is for sure, but 1) there's a lot of cheap (but still good) seafood too, and 2) I won't have seafood with every meal. Lots of meals will just be, like, veggy stir fry or chili, or example. I love chickpea veggy chili.

it's wasting food if you don't consume the entire shark and only if they're not endangered.

I think that's only an issue with fish that are high on the food chain because of course mercury accumulates

And also if you're eating seafood like everyday. The popular stuff like shrimp and Salmon has low mercury content anyways.

Fish is great but it's over priced. And going with the breaded frozen stuff defeats the purpose of trying to be healthier.

Everything in moderation. There's nothing wrong with beef or pork or a veggie only meal. You just don't eat it all the time. Same for fish.

I forgot you could go on a canned tuna diet but your mercury levels might be sky high

Id agree but sadly thats not the case. Fishers trap sharks, cut the dorsal fin off and release the shark to painfully and slowly die. Anyone causing great suffering to an animal is a scumbag
