I want to start blogging about cartoons & video games. There are a lot of sites that allow this, but if you're versed on the matter, what specific site would you recommend?

Digital ocean is a quick and easy way to get websites up and running. They have wordpress images that you can use, it does the installation for you.

wordpress. As in actual wordpress, not the free version.
It'll cost you like 30-50 dollars for a fuill set up. So you get your website from a host, a domain name, etc.
Wordpress is free but it's the rest that'll cost you. You can use wordpress's free blog but it's better to do it on your own.

What imgtc developer said is a good idea too. You'll want a host that can help set up wordpress for you. Since you'll mostly just be adding in new pages and fucking around with the text
