Unless you have a day off and nothing to do. For me it depends on a variety of factors. Sometimes I go days without playing a video game

The longest day job I have had was 11 hours, luckily I had lived about 5 minutes from the job. Wake up at 5:30 A.M., arrive on site at 6 A.M., work until 5:30, I would cook sometimes clean then play games until about 8:30 P.M or 9 P.M.

I go from not gaming for a week to gaming 8 hours straight, sleeping for 2 hours, then gaming the majority of the next day. Impossible for me to measure daily.
