I agree with TC. Back when it was popular, I watched just about all the popular sitcoms, but I never liked Seinfeld.

I was always a Married With Children guy. Waaaaaaaay funnier, yes it's dumb humor, but waaaaaaaay funnier.

Why cant you like both? Both shows were great, both offered different types of humour and both were funny.

I echo those saying it was never laugh out loud funny for me. Crack a smile sometimes, but that's it. Might also have something to do with not liking any of the main characters. They were just.....there.

I just finished the show for the first time a couple of days ago. I never happened to watch any of it before really. I liked it a lot even if it wasn't laugh out loud hilarious all the time.

It doesn't really help that there are lots of people with bad senses of humor who think Seinfeld is funny because someone told them it was funny.

Personally, the pacing and format and Seinfeld keep it from being a show I would choose to sit down and watch today. Back when it was "newer", I certainly enjoyed watching episodes of it, but I think that there are some ways in which it doesn't hold up, and it doesn't have anything to do with how "politically correct" the humor is or isn't.

Thats honestly sad.

I mean yeah, I dont laugh too hard at just anything, and it tends to be only specific things in a given video. So like even if I post an example, I couldnt endorse the video as funny, only a specific part of it.

Other times a videos concept is funny but the joke drags on for a time longer than how long its funny for.

Yeah, when shitposting about stuff other people like, one can never reveal what they like, less the shitposting come back on them. Though, it can work to one's advantage if you're aware of a rival show or something and can particularly needle fans by saying it's funnier.

Seinfeld and Friends were both fantastic. Frasier as well. Top 3 Sitcoms of the 90s.

I never cared for Friends or Frasier but Seinfeld was my jam back in the day.
