Everyone--including himself--treats him like an old man, but he can't be any older than in his 30s, or 40s tops. Though I guess that is old by anime logic, but still.

Yuri's 21, though he does turn 22 in the PS3 version. So yeah, I guess comparatively the guy is old. But I like that Yuri was old enough that he didn't change his morals on the drop of a hat, he already had an established worldview and by the end of the journey it was mostly unchanged, but he had learned to trust his friends more.

Flynn - 21, I'd imagine (since he's childhood friends with Yuri, I'd imagine that they're the same age)
Judith - 19 or 21 (it was one or the other, if I'm not mistaken)

Karol - 12
Patty - 9 (and I yell this at the game every time she hits on Yuri)

Patty is older than Karol, even after her story event. I believe she's 14

Repede is 2- 4 years old, or whatever that is in dog years. He was a pup in 1st Strike, and Vesperia starts 2 years afterwards

Patty was actually a grown woman before she had her age reversed in a incident. She was allies with Don Whitehorse and helped create the Union Oath along side him and some others. If anything, Patty is older than everyone else, possibly even Raven too.

Yeah, she has some insightful moments, but she's pretty much the same throughout the game, unless there's a sidequest that caps off her story.

shion uzuki is my favorite jrpg lead and she is actually in her early 20s
of course thats still to young for her actual career
she is the head of the worlds best scientists at like age 21 and a master martial artist to boot
jrpg leads are young
once you hit 30 you are practically an elder and if you need to be worldly and experienced you might be allowed to be 20 but no higher than 25 otherwise you are in old man territory
