Trumps popularity will probably rise once the Democrats pick an actual Nominee to formally run. Trump will pick them apart on social media and the debates will probably be pretty ruthless. When a president has a very low approval rating, it's because the economy is bad. The same reason Americans voted for Trump in the first place, because the majority of Americans despised Obama and he was a liar.
