I've never played fantasy football, only fantasy basketball, but why is taking a qb first bad?

because QBS are generally one of the last positions you pick for. Its better to stock up on top-tier RBs and WRs, theyll get you way more points than anyone else

I just figured since they're involved in more plays then WRs it would make sense to get a qb, especially one that puts up numbers like Mahomie
