I assume it's simply because piggles are so small, even large wild boars are nothing compared to small cows...

Then again, there is goat milk and goats are about the same size

There are two issues. First, they're impractical to milk: there's currently no milking machine to facilitate the process, they are reluctant to be milked and tend to be aggressive, unlike cows their milk comes out in short bursts limiting the possible production, and once again unlike cows they can't get pregnant while lactating.

Secondly the milk is more watery than cows milk and has a gamy flavor that would make it not generally desirable to the average person.
