You can really just do...anything, really. You can eat anything you want. You don't have to exercise. You just have to make sure you stay under a certain calorie limit and don't eat too much fat/carbs/sugar.

Like I had a nice meal at taco bell today and at the end of the day I'll be at 1200 calories and be able to be down another two pounds by the end of the week.

I can do all this and not gain or lose weight. However I'm still unhealthy.
