23 y/o Jessica Aguilar, an anti-Trump protester was sentenced to 20 days in JAIL for SLAPPING a MAGA Supporter at a Rally in California in 2017!!

She was found guilty of one misdemeanor count of battery for slapping the man twice at a March 25 rally

The attack was captured on video as she was sleeping slapping him

She got 3 days probation and 10 days community service at the California Dept of Transport and if she completes it, she won't have to do any time behind bars

CalTrans manages more than 50000 miles of California's highway and freeway lanes and provides inter-city rail services, permits more than 400 public use airports and special use hospital heliports and works with local agencies

Her attack was deemed a part of"random acts of violence" that have erupted across the country since the 2016 election

Todd Spitzer, the DA said "It is important to remember that right to protest is afforded to everyone; no one has the right to commit an act of violence against someone because they don't agree with their views"
