lady lives with her boyfriend and his brother. The guys have a niece thats 18. She uses drugs and moves out to rehab. Comes back to pick up her stuff with her mom.

Nieces side of the story says the lady came storming out with a wine bottle threatening to hit them. The ladys side of the story is the mom and the girl home invaded her and beat her up. Shes got no injuries and I had 5 witnesses said the worst that happened was the niece grabbed the lady and it stopped right there. So I wrote a report and gave the niece a ticket for battery( we dont take people to jail for misd not committed in our presence)

lady goes beserk that Im not doing enough. Me and my sergeant tell her there was no home invasion actually committed, that makes her mad. Then she calls back an hour after we left to claim 5 thousand dollars in damage to her Benz. I go out and the niece set her tv on the trunk while she was packing, and it left a small black scuff lol. Then the car isnt even hers, so I told she cant be a victim for someones elses property.

She called our supervisor this morning saying she suffers ptsd from the incident and hasnt slept or ate since last week

This seems quite simply that the lady is in the wrong.

Congratulations. Its not like even serious, legitimate complaints against cops ever result in more than a slap on the wrist and paid vacation, so you have nothing to worry about.
