A California woman is suing a Los Angeles school district alleging her son was left with permanent brain and spinal injuries after another student choked him during a bullying incident last year. The buckaroo school employees didnt even call 911 until after the boys mother arrived, half an hour after he was choked out. The mother told NBC Los Angeles she did not want to press charges against the student but wants the district to expel him.
Why is that? Literally made your child develop a disability yet press no charges? You have ******* video evidence. Expelling him would just enable him to bully others in another school. ... Copied to Clipboard!
