A well regulated Militia

Unfortunately, the right pretends the first part doesn't exist, the left pretends the last part doesn't exist, and they've both been ignoring the middle part for well over a century or so.

Any weapon used to assault someone is an assault weapon. So, an assault weapons ban is so broad, that literally anything could be thrown on the list...

Dont be dumb like the loud minority left that uses terminology like ''assault weapon''...because thats dumb, and is literally just a buzzword created to manipulate how people feel about certain guns.

Assault rifles are automatic rifles, which are illegal....meaning there is already a ban on assault rifles. Banning semi-automatic guns would mean ALL guns would be banned, or subject to possible ban at the descretion of people who dont even know the proper terminology to begin with (meaning they arent even educated enough to make the decision to begin with).

Seems pretty clear cut to me that anyone willing to take up arms were intended from the very beginning to be covered by the first clause.

It proves that people have an irrational fear of the AR-15. Explain to me what exactly makes the AR-15 so scary other than its looks. Because civilian ones, except for special ones made before 1986, are NOT fully automatic.
