If "cold" is room temperature, I may not reheat it. If it means "from the fridge", I reheat it in toaster oven.

I cannot comprehend why someone would eat pizza cold

Cold pizza is amazing. If you don't like your pizza cold then you had shitty pizza to begin with.

depends on what I feel like doing. I won't microwave it though. I will either reheat in oven or toaster oven or I will eat cold. Depends on toppings and my level of laziness mostly.

Pro tip, reheat pizza in a frying pan on the stove, covered. It will crisp up the bottom and maintain the moisture to melt the cheese properly. It's the best way i've found to reheat cold or day old pizza to make it taste the best.

I'm good with oven pizza. The only issue I've had is if the crust is too dry, but I've found brushing a little bit of olive oil over it fixes that as it heats up.

Always Olive Oil!!

And ya, if I reheat it, I warm up an old cast iron flat pan, and give a little time in the oven.
I don't have a Pizza stone, but I don't feel I really need one.

Cold if I'm lazy or reheated on very low heat in my toaster oven. Microwaves ruin pizza.
