What the hell. How do you wait 19 hours before going to rescue a young girl phoning you from the murdered house. I know there is loads of corruption in the Romanian police force with a lot of human traffickers and crime lords having power so loads of people claiming the reason it took so long was because the girl was owned by a criminal gang with sway in the local police.
