Basically, the deal is that you would be paying $1000 of your own legitimate money for $1,000,000 in stolen cash. The government is tracking that those cash bills have been stolen and are in circulation somewhere. To deposit them at a bank would be extremely unwise; you're better off using them at garage sales or something. You would have $1,000,000 of such currency. Is it worth it to give up $1000 of your own?
