Lots of fallacies in his arguments there.

"gun control for them is a magic pill that makes all shootings stop!" is a nonsense statement, no one who supports gun control on Earth believes that. It's barely even coherant

"We have people called criminals who ignore laws. Therefore laws are pointless." cool so by that logic drugs should be legal, prostution should be legal, abortion, rape, murder should be legal. Since people will do it anyway. The fact criminals will break the law has no basis on whether or not a law is just

"They don't live in reality! Look at all these states with less gun control but also less gun violence than California." ok, so can we look at every other first world nation on Earth save for a handful like Switzerland that have stricter gun control and yet don't have mass shootings and have much less gun violence? Isn't that reality?

"Someone kills someone with an AK-47 and you ban them, that means if someone kills someone with a handgun you must logically ban it too!" .... No ... No it doesn't....

"Assault rifle bans make no sense because in another shooting someone shot a lot of people with a handgun, therefore they are equally dangerous." is another fallacy. You get stabbing sprees with higher kill counts than this and many shootings. Doesn't make a knife more deadly than a gun.

"In the end all calls for gun control is asking to eliminate the 2nd amendment!" is a non-sequtiur. He just says it repeatedly and then acts like it's a valid line of reasoning.

Even if you agree with his "side" his methods of arguing are immensely flawed.

It's just a mix of strawmen and nonsense statements

Hell, I'll bite.

Before the "crackdown", about the worst things that happened was people hoarding pills, Limbaugh going deaf, and the occasional overdose. After the crackdown, Prince and Tom Petty have both died, heroin is making a comeback, heroin-like 'binge' behavior has become endemic, fentanyl-laced heroin and bootleg pills are killing piles and piles of people, and Narcan is standard police-issue now.

Opioids didn't really have a "drug culture" when it was mostly just doctor-shopping. It does now.
