I have faith that you could do it if you really wanted to! Also you could start small--I can't imagine doing a thousand songs like Se7en or NFUN, so I just stick with numbers that I know I can manage.

Yeah, I have a hard time imagining putting that much work into one project without taking lots of breaks during the duration. It's...a tad overwhelming. I think 300 is about the most I can pull off for one topic.

I still made it to 650 songs though so I think that is still near the top for the most songs ranked.

I will still be trying to nail the record though with my NES chiptune ranking which I expect to be over 4,000 tunes. (I'll be making backups every couple of weeks this time)

That sucks. I was trying to find something more supportive to say, but I...couldn't quite find anything.

290/300; I expect the rankings to start being posted next Monday. Get everything arranged tomorrow night, then spend the rest of the week on minor details: need to come up with an introduction post, organize all the nominations into an easily postable format, actually number the rankings and make notes of when specific nominators are eliminated, probably move a handful of songs around a bit. Nothing too time-consuming, but enough that it'll probably be a couple days.

A few songs still have blank spaces for writeups... trying to figure out what I want to say and how honest to be with certain things. You know how it is; being too honest is bad, but trying to deny the feelings entirely is also bad. I think I managed it pretty well last topic, so I'm sure I'll figure it out... I've got quite a while to come up with something before it's time to post the specific songs anyway.

Topic should start next Monday, barring anything happening to interfere with it. This topic doesn't really need to be kept around and can purge, but you're also free to bump it if you want to for whatever reason.
